1Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase you make on Medicova Shop, whether the seller is Medicova or a third-party verified seller. Placing an order means you accept these terms together with our Terms of Use.
2Pricing & currency
Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product's price was listed incorrectly, we will contact you before processing the order.
3Placing an order
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Confirm your shipping address and contact details.
- Choose your payment method and complete the order.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email once the payment is authorized.
4Payment methods
- Credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
- Digital wallets.
- Fawry / over-the-counter payments.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) across all 27 Egyptian governorates.
5Order acceptance
Your order is considered accepted only when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and we will refund any charges if applicable.
6Delivery
Delivery times and fees are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
7Returns & refunds
For returns, exchanges and refunds, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Certain items such as personal hygiene products may be non-returnable.
8Warranty
Products that come with a manufacturer warranty are covered under our Warranty Policy. Medicova does not provide additional warranties unless explicitly stated.
9Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of a product.
10Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be settled before the competent courts in Cairo.
