1Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery under the conditions below.
2Eligible items
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
- In its original, unused condition.
- Inside the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3Non-returnable items
- Personal hygiene products (opened) such as undergarments.
- Custom or embroidered items.
- Disposable medical supplies once the packaging is opened.
- Gift cards and digital downloads.
- Clearance items marked as “final sale”.
4How to request a return
- Go to “My Orders” in your Medicova Shop account.
- Select the order and click “Return item”.
- Choose the reason for return and upload photos if needed.
- Submit the request. You'll receive confirmation by email.
- Hand the package to our courier on the scheduled pickup date.

5Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method:
- Cards & wallets: 3–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: refunded via bank transfer or Medicova wallet credit within 7 business days.
Original shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
6Exchanges
To exchange an item (for a different size or color), simply request a return and place a new order. This is usually the fastest path and avoids stock-availability issues.
7Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund.
8Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped. After shipment, please follow the return process once the order arrives.
