1Shipping coverage
We currently deliver to all 27 governorates in Egypt. Select cities in the Middle East are also supported, with international delivery times and fees calculated at checkout.
2Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email (and SMS where applicable) once your order is shipped, including a tracking link.
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3Delivery times
- Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
- Delta & Alexandria: 2–3 business days
- Upper Egypt & Canal cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 4–7 business days
- International (MENA): 5–12 business days
4Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, product weight and chosen delivery speed. Indicative rates:
- Cairo & Giza: from 40 EGP
- Other governorates: from 60 EGP
- Heavy / bulky items: custom quote at checkout
Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold shown on the checkout page, from time to time during promotional campaigns.
5Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt. A small COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Payment is made in cash directly to the courier upon receiving your order.
6Tracking your order
Once shipped, you can track your order in three ways:
- Through your Medicova Shop account under “My Orders”.
- Via the tracking link in the email/SMS we send you.
- By contacting our support team on WhatsApp.
7Delivery delays
While we work with reliable couriers, some delays may happen due to weather, customs, or unforeseen events. We monitor every shipment and proactively update you if we notice a significant delay.
8Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to reschedule or refund the order, minus any non-recoverable shipping fees.
9International shipping
For orders outside Egypt, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local authority before placing an international order.
